About The Bitter Truth
Founded 2006 · Germany
Founded in Munich in 2006 by the bartenders Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck. It helped bring back forgotten bitters such as celery and Creole bitters, and also makes liqueurs from historic recipes.
More about The Bitter Truth →About this bottle
The style recalls bitters from before cocktails existed, when doctors and apothecaries made them as tonics.
